The Jennings McCall Bistro will soon be open
A new look and new dining options for all Jennings McCall residents, visitors and staff will soon be complete.
Construction has begun on the new JMC Bistro Café, located in Jennings McCall I dining room. The grand piano will be the focal point for the Bistro that will encompass the space from the piano to the entrance from JMC I to JMC II. Architectural renderings can be seen below.
Café tables in the area across from the JMC I dining room will provide comfortable seating for residents to enjoy a cup of espresso, beverages, snacks, sandwiches and other light fare.
The space will be set apart by low moveable dividing walls that will give both the Bistro and the JMC I dining room their own defined space.
Coffee and snacks will still be provided free for the morning coffee social in approximately the same area as now. Prices for specialty coffees and other foods will be determined before the opening and debit and credit cards will be accepted. During construction, the area has been screened off to keep noise and dust to a minimum.
