FACILITIES
The Jennings McCall Center has three fully appointed rooms
available for banquets, meetings and other events.
The Mt. Jefferson Room
Approximately 3,000 square feet, the dimension of this room is 64 by 48 feet
with an 11-foot ceiling. The room is designed for everything from wedding
receptions to large company meetings, training sessions and special theme
buffets. Capacity depends on setup, with a maximum capacity of 200.
The Columbia and Willamette Rooms
These rooms have a combined approximate space of 800 square feet. With a combined
dimension of 17 by 50 feet with a 110-ft.ceiling. The rooms are designed for
small group meetings, training sessions and gatherings. They can be rented
singly or together. Maximum capacity is 50.
CATERING
Jennings McCall Food Services Department is our full-service
in-house caterer. We can accommodate sit down breakfasts, lunch or dinners;
buffets, hors d'oeuvres, or cake and punch. Rooms are also available for meetings,
classes or other business-related functions of five people or more.
RESERVATIONS
Rooms must be reserved in advance with a deposit, based on
room size needed.
SERVICES
Seating: All tables and
chairs are provided and set up to your specifications. Servers:
Staff is included in catering costs. Bar Facility: Portable
bar set-up with bartender. There is a $50 bar set-up charge. Beer, wine and
mixed drinks are available. AudioVisual: Full function public
address system and overhead projector. If additional equipment is desired,
it can be charged at our rental rate plus 20% for handling. Parking:
Easy access from Hwy. 26 (7 miles from Exit 57). Ample parking is available.
Handicap Facilities: Yes Linen and Napkins: Standard
of service will be white tablecloths and napkins for buffets and sit-down
dinners. Good quality paper napkins will be used for other occasions. Cloth
napkins of a contrasting color are available with advance notice. Outdoor
Facilities: A gazebo and water fountain are available in a beautiful
courtyard. Decorations: There are no decorations in the rooms.
Nothing may be attached to the walls (nails, screws, etc.) that will leave
a mark. Other decorations may be used with management's prior approval.
GENERAL GUARANTEES
1) A non-rufundable deposit is required to confirm the room
reservation.
2)
All food prices are subject to change, based on availability and price of
selected items. Final prices will be quoted not
more than 14 days in advance.
3) A guaranteed number for the function must be received
at least 7 days prior to service or we will use the anticipated
attendance as the guaranteed amount.
4) Any additional changes made within 72 hours of
the event may be subject to additional cost or charge.
5) Billing will be based on the guaranteed attendance
times the cost per service.
6) Management will not be responsible for personal
property left at the Jennings McCall center or in any of the rooms.
7) All display material must be pre-approved by management.
8) Banquet attendees are required to remain in the
banquet area, and are not allowed to roam throughout the building.
RENTAL CHARGES
Mt. Jefferson (185 people) $250; Columbia Room (15-35 people) $50; Willamette
Room (15-35 people) $50; Combined Columbia/Willamette (50 people) $100. In order to keep the quality of our service high,
we will only take reservations that fit into the above mentioned categories.
Any functions that do not meet these guidelines must have prior approval of
the Administrator and Food Service Manager.
