Entrees
The Jennings McCall Center will customize and create any dinner menu of choice. Dinners may be presented as a buffet or as a served banquet. All menus include your choice of salad, rice or potatoes, fresh vegetables, beverage service, rolls and butter. Prices vary with menu selection.

Teriyaki Chicken
Boneless, skinless Breast of Chicken baked in Teriyaki Sauce and topped with a Pineapple Ring

Oven Roasted Turkey
Served with a delicious Dressing, Gravy and Cranberry SauceChicken

Cordon Bleu
Boneless, skinless Breast of Chicken rolled around Danish Ham and Monterey Jack Cheese, oven-baked and topped with Provencal Sauce

Topped with a savory Lemon Butter Sauce
